The Mistress would like everygem to either take time off in the garden or to plant their own flowers, that are their own responsibilities.

She loves her garden

"The Mistress loves her garden, she fought really hard to get it. Even though she isn't meant to leave the main tower, she still does to go to her garden.
The singe red flower in the center is her prized, love and joy. She cares for that one flower more then the others, which she still loves lots."
